Q. What can I bring on the tour?

A. A small bag is acceptable, it will be riding in the open bed of the side by side ATV (so it may get wet or dirty). You should bring a camera, bug spray, sunglasses, binoculars, and a light jacket.  If you are driving an ATV gloves are recommended.

Q. Are there bears?

A. Bears sighting are always possible in the wilderness of Alaska, we will go over bear safety and the driver will take all precautionary measures to not disturb them or any other wildlife in the park.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Pants and a shirt are always good, bring a light jacket, it may get cold in the mountains even though it’s hot in town. You can wear shorts if you are riding in the UTV with the guide.  If you are driving or riding on an ATV YOU MUST wear long pants and closed toes shoes.  Hats and sunglasses are a great idea as well.  Also rain gear if the weather looks bad (it can change at a moments notice), we ride rain or shine, it’s all part of the Alaska experience.
